I have an 83 Honda Nighthawk, and need to change the rear tire, any help would be appreciated. Thanks! How do you change the rear tire on an 83 Honda Nighthawk?if the bike has a center stand, get it up on that. If it doesn't, you'll need to improvise a center stand, or use jack-stands to hold up the rear swing-arm.
with the back tire off the ground, loosen the chain tensioner and alignment screw on the opposite side.
Then you can remove the axle, and the wheel comes right off.
Your best bet for changing the tire itself is to take the whole wheel to a shop. They'll have a machine to seat the new tire correctly. If you want to do it yourself, it's possible, but not easy.
Then reverse the steps above, and be sure to align the rear tire properly!!!!!!How do you change the rear tire on an 83 Honda Nighthawk?you throw it away.. its way to old for usage any more

How much would it cost to replace breaks for 2007 Honda Civic?
I have a 2007 Honda Civic Sedan, and my breaks are already making noises...
How much would the breaks cost me.
How much would it cost me to take it to a shop?
I need to know the cost of the parts + labor separately .
Thank you.How much would it cost to replace breaks for 2007 Honda Civic?A straight forward "pad slap" where all the mechanic does is throw in new pads should cost about an hour labor ($65-80) and the pads should cost between $35-50 if the mechanic is not doubling his net cost. How much would it cost to replace breaks for 2007 Honda Civic?Get it repaired quickly, due to the fact that you already hear noises and it is most likely the pads are griding on the rotors......Too late dude if they are because that indicates that you are now going to need to replace the rotors also. total parts around 265.00 and 350.00 labor. That is if you buy aftermarket rotors and pads......good luck dude and get laid.....compare cars

How do you disconnect a factory alarm of a 2000 honda accord ex coupe?
2000 honda accord factory alarm goes off at random times for no reason. Need to figure out how to fix the problem. Dealer says there is nothing they can do. Really need to fix the issue since nothing else is wrong with the car.How do you disconnect a factory alarm of a 2000 honda accord ex coupe?Your factory alarm sensitivity is just set too high. You can turn it down and eliminate the problem while still keeping the alarm.
just read through this thread, mainly the last page.
http://www.6thgenaccord.com/forums/showt鈥?/a>How do you disconnect a factory alarm of a 2000 honda accord ex coupe?Make sure all the door switches work. If any of them don't work the interior light suspect it to be part of the problem. The other thing to check is the hood switch. Try to adjust it higher, if no more adjustment, bend the bracket higher so the switch hits the hood sooner. I've seen wind blow under the car and push the hood up just enough to trigger the alarm intermittently. How do you disconnect a factory alarm of a 2000 honda accord ex coupe?Have you tried opening the hood then adjusting the sensitivity of the alarm on the box itself? Had the same problem with my 2000 Honda Accord V6-L Sedan

I have a 1989 Honda Civic Hatchback that I want to sell that has a few problems with it.. It has a major oil leak, and the emergency break doesnt work. Everyone tells me I could get a good amount of money for this car and was wondering if anyone had some good ideas on how much money I could ask for this carHow much could I ask for when selling a 1989 honda civic hatchback?i'd be upfront about the issues...
i bought a 1998 honda accord for 8k. it was in great condition, no issues, about 100k miles. cheapest thing on the lot too, i'm sure.
for that car, i'd probably want to pay 1 or 2k. i imagine a dealership would charge more. how many miles are on it? that makes a difference as well. the best thing about it is it's a honda, and they last forever. How much could I ask for when selling a 1989 honda civic hatchback?Well you can go to Kelly blue book.com
