How do you fix the power outlet under the radio in a 2000 honda civic?

I have a 2000 honda civic. My power outlet or my cigarette lighter, how ever you wanna call it, is not working. I plug in my cell phone charger and my gps charger in it and it does not work at all. Im wondering if it could be from a fuse that has gone out or something else..
