98 honda civic hard to start in the morning?

I have a 98 honda civic LX it's hard to start in the morning. I change the battery last week. PCV valve changd last weekend.

Cap, rotor, wire, plugs changed last year. Clogged fuel filter?

Air filter looks ok. The car drives fine after starting and in the afternoon. Full power from engine with no power loss. Needs

answers ASAP. THanks so much!98 honda civic hard to start in the morning?Your temperature sensor is out of whack.

It probably is telling the computer the wrong ambient temp.

This would in turn tell the computer to pump more or less gasoline on start.98 honda civic hard to start in the morning?I would check the fuel pressure in the morning before starting it up. Low fuel pressure could cause the problem you are describing, it may be a problem with the pump generating enough pressure at startup, or the filter is clogged. Change the filter and see if that helps, if not, have you fuel pressure checked at start up.
