I have a 98 honda civic LX it's hard to start in the morning. I change the battery last week. PCV valve changd last weekend.

Cap, rotor, wire, plugs changed last year. Clogged fuel filter?

It probably is telling the computer the wrong ambient temp.

Low fuel pressure could cause the problem you are describing, it may be a problem with the pump generating enough pressure at startup, or the filter is clogged. Change the filter and see if that helps, if not, have you fuel pressure checked at start up.
