What size motor comes in a 1997 Honda Civic?

I was just givin a 97 honda civic that threw a rod out the block. I would like to use as much of the original motor as possible. What would be my options on what the block comes out of?What size motor comes in a 1997 Honda Civic?97 civic didnt come with the b16 99-00 civic came with the b16 called the Si. It came with the D16 1.6L Block would be either the d16y7 or d16y8.
