Can a 6"3' over 300 pound man fit in a Toyota Yaris comfortably?

I am thinking of purchasing a Toyota Yaris and my boyfriend is a "fuller figured fella," as he says. :) I don't want to test drive this car without getting someone's opinion. What do you guys think? Can a 6"3' over 300 pound man fit in a Toyota Yaris comfortably?no

an btw the Honda Fit is a much better car.

check out the Hyundai Elantra SE - $17,945

he will fit better in that.

the Yaris has a noisy unrefined engine

bad brakes, unless you pay more for the ABS

and a choppy unstable ride on the HWY

the car will literally make your tired after driving

at 60 mph for more than 10 minutes.

I can say No.

even though seats can be adjusted all the way back still getting in and out its a struggle. I know one of my co worker he is like 6'2" heavy set, he is driving one, I always make funny of him, we call him Mr Bean. Can a 6"3' over 300 pound man fit in a Toyota Yaris comfortably?Take him with you.

No one can tell you if a particular person will "fit" in a small car without trying it, or without having all of that person's measurements. Height lies in different places on different people (some it's in the legs, some in the torso...some in the neck), one 300 pound man could have more weight in the legs, another might have it all in the gut, or might have a huge ***. You just can't make a determination that easily.

Also, different people have a different idea of a "good fit." Me, I don't mind if a car wraps around me like a glove. Some people get kind of claustrophobic, and prefer to be sitting in a living room on wheels.

This topic comes up all the time on automotive forums in discussions of sports cars. The only answer is that he has to try it.

On the plus side: Even if it won't slide back far enough, it may be possible to have the front seat moved back a little farther, AND if head room is a problem, you can always lean the seat back. (This is not an option in some 2-seaters) The only things you really are likely to have to worry about is width, both in the seat and the shoulders. Can a 6"3' over 300 pound man fit in a Toyota Yaris comfortably?
