If it is an 02 sensor code, it will be the pre catalytic converter sensor.
Most newer cars are equipped with at least two sensors, one before the catalytic converter, and one after.
I am not sure where the exact location of your catalytic converter is as I work solely on domestic vehicles.Your best bet is to buy an 02 sensor off the internet and take it to a muffler brothers or the like and have them put it in for about $20.
The shop I went to wanted $115, so I went and bought the sensor for $50 off the internet. Took it to them and had them install it for $20.
If you take the part to them instead of buying the sensor thru them, you will save enough to make it worth your while. Parts mark up at shops can be 200%
Make sure to get it fixed sooner rather than later. Driving it as it is, it will no doubt be running rich because the computer controlling the engine is in 'limp home' mode. It's running on factory programmed parameters for air/fuel ratios. The computer has no idea what the catalytic converter is doing and cannot adjust accordingly.
You may also notice poor fuel economy as a result.

There is NO V4, only V6, V8; 4 cylinder should be in-line 4 or I4.
In-line 4 only has ONE bank, Bank 1 Sensor 1 is Sensor 1.
Sensor 1 is located in the exhaust pipe before the catalyst converter, and sensor 2 is after the cat.
