It's as clear as day that Obama's administration wants to destroy Toyota so that big competion won't interfere with Obama's newly bought GM.Why does the government think they have the right to fine Toyota?All these detailed, nit-picky issues annoy me. When we return to the principles laid out by our creator, many of these social issue will go away. I hope that we will remove ourselves from the immediate and tangible, and observe our world through the eyes of God. Please, all who read this, let's work on it. Toyota knew about the problem since 2007....State Farm Insurance company advised them of the issue...they did NOTHING...and that is acceptable? Companies pollute and are fined...do you think they should not be?

They deserve some kind of punishment for that alone. You can't get away with that stuff. Look at their declining sales now, there is no way I would buy one again.

Buying a Toyota and dying a horrible death due to a faulty product should be enough incentive not to buy one.
US Department of transportation can do that because toyota is selling cars in America. If toyota don't like it, they can leave!
