How do I stop squeeking when starting my 92 honda accord?

I have a 92 Honda Accord EX and everytime I start it up, a belt or something squeeks, almost like water got on it, and it stops about 5 sec. later. The alternator squeek is normally a cold country thing.

it is almost always a belt noise so I would check belt tensions and pully bearings first.
