How do I turn on the Sunroof In a Honda Civic 2002 EX sedan?

I just got a Honda civic 2002 EX sedan (4 doors) it comes with a sunroof but I want to know if there is a certain switch that opens it up or something?

My husband says it doesnt open up, but I think it does.
