Should the radiator fan always be turning in my 2003 Toyota Corolla?Your radiator fan only works when it is told to basiclly, when the engine warms up, it melts a wax in the thermostat lettig coolant flow in, and when the collant reaches a certain tempature, it trips a sensor to turn the fan on.
The fan will also turn on when certain accesories are used such as the Air Conditioning, because this puts more load on the engine.
hope this helps

it will only run when it needs to. Sometimes when you turn the A/C on, heater, etc etc. It should not be running all the time.
