I'll tell you what it is... it's a bunch of piece of crap ambulance chasing lawyers desperate to make big money on the backs of Toyota stock holders. For God's sake, the company is bending over backwards to fix the problem, and these vultures have to do this crap, screw them all!!!! This whole Obama care program is the result of these dirt bags lawyers that are against tort reform, I hate them so much. What do you think? What's up with this lawsuit in California against Toyota?I agree. This country has been grinding down by the lawsuits. I'm sure there would be a lot more innovative start up companies in the US if it wasn't for lawsuit of workman's comp or liable suit.
But, the lawyers are just playing by the rules of the game. We can only vote out the law makers. What's up with this lawsuit in California against Toyota?Toyota has been proven to have killed, 54 people (and still rising). any body who tries to stand up for and defend that is a prick who cares more about money than human life, so maybe you try looking at the facts before you get all angry conservative here. Not trying to defend or be linked to Obama here, but all this Toyota crap started around 2007 long before he had any power so lets not throw him under the bus for this one, there's other things you can do that to him for, but not Toyota murdering 54 people and spending billions of dollars to cover it up and put blame on other people. Yes some people are lieing about having problems, some are exaggerating their issues, and some are suing just to sue and get free money. But the majority are real legitimate people who were hurt (over 5000 people hospitalized) and want the person at fault for the accident (Toyota in this case) to pay for it, just like if you ran into someone cause you werent paying attention you would have to pay for their hospital bills and to replace their car. Its the same damn thing. From 2002 and on Toyotas quality and safety have gone down the crapper (according to Dimitris Billis Toyotas lawsuit defense man). For 2010 Toyota didnt get a single top safety pick by the Nation Institute for Highway Safety. Why? They skimp on quality and safety to make more money, just like GM and Chrysler did in the 80's and 90's (although GM and Chrysler combined never hurt or killed nearly as many people). Now its Toyotas turn. They suck. Its their fault. Deal with it.
