I have been looking for a 4runner for 2 months. It has 183k miles and its clean and runs well but thats a lot of miles. I know they last into the 200k and 300k but I want to know if its worth trying? Is a toyota 4runner worth buying at 183k miles from a dealership? If you can get a good deal, and it's what you want, then most vehicles will last long enough to justify your purchase (Toyota or otherwise). Just make sure you have someone you can trust who knows cars check it out thoroughly in advance. Is a toyota 4runner worth buying at 183k miles from a dealership?first think if you really need an SUV.
second a dealership will be more expensive because they have to make a profit. if you buy from an private seller, they aren't trying to make a living selling cars, so the price will be cheaper. Is a toyota 4runner worth buying at 183k miles from a dealership? No. SUV's aren't worth buying as is (unless you consistently have 7 passengers), with all those miles piled on it isn't even worth considering. Is a toyota 4runner worth buying at 183k miles from a dealership?
Toyota makes solid v6 engines but with that many miles I would look into the shocks and suspension because that could get costly.
coming soon to dvd
