How much should it cost to repair a leaking rear main seal in a 2002 Honda Accord v6 4 door?

I went to the dealer and they told did a diagnostic for 75 dollars and claim that this is actually the problem. They then told me it would 1200 dollars to fix. Is this very overpriced? Can I get a good job done elsewhere for cheaper? Can I rely on them that this is actually the problem? Apparently I found out I had a leak while getting an oil change elsewhere, so then I went to Honda. Add this to your oil and run the engine at a fast idle for about 30 minutes. Drain the oil and change the filter.
