How can I make my 1997 Honda Accord better looking and more fun to drive for cheap?

I have a 1997 Honda Accord SE 4 door. Everything in the car is still stock even the rims. The only thing that is not stock is the speakers. I'm going to put a spoiler on it, and I got a new stereo for it. I am 16 and this is my first car, so I want to make it look better, and also just be more fun to drive.
