How can I make my 2002 Honda Civic Coupe look and drive more sporty on not too crazy a budget?

I have a 2002 Honda Civic Coupe Ex, white, not a scratch. I'm looking for some ways to juice up its power and make it look a little more sporty. (purchased this car for my son as a gift for finishing grad school. Would like it to appeal to a 24 year old male.) Any ideas? I'm not on the biggest budget but want to do what I can. darkest tint you can do legally

new stereo system (new head unit, subs, speakers)

new exhaust system (there is a magnaflow that will make it sound like a G35)

K%26amp;N intake

nice dark colored rims with low profile tires



all this will cost around $3,000 maybe less (much less if you know how to install some of this stuff)
