How do you change handlebars on an old Honda CB?

I have a Honda CB350 and I want to put new handlebars on it, like some clubmans. Every bar I find is just a bar, but all those old hondas have that bastard slide cut-out for the throttle?!! Where can I find a new bar that will work without having to spend an atfernoon precision dremeling or finding a machine shop?How do you change handlebars on an old Honda CB?Dremel a notch in the handlebar switches and run the wires outside of the handlebars.
